Championship Match Added To First Ever UK AEW Dynamite

A championship match was added to first ever UK AEW Dynamite in Cardiff, Wales ahead of the upcoming AEW All In London 2024 event.

First up, a championship match was announced for this coming week’s August 14 edition of Dynamite in Norfolk, Virginia.

The Young Bucks will be putting their AEW World Tag Team Championship on the line on Dynamite against The Acclaimed.

The Acclaimed beat the Bucks in an eliminator match a number of weeks ago to earn the title shot.

FTR have also been in the title picture and seem likely to challenge at All In London on August 25.

Also set for next week’s Dynamite, Mercedes Mone will defend the TBS Championship against Hikaru Shida.

Later in a backstage promo, Claudio Castagnoli would challenge another member of the Elite, Kazuchika Okada.

Challenging him to an AEW Continental Championship match when Dynamite heads to Cardiff, Wales, Castagnoli referred to the match as ‘Championship combat in Cardiff’.

On August 21, Dynamite & Collision take place for the first time ever in the UK at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena, four days prior to All In London.
