Championship Match Not Planned For WWE SummerSlam? WWE

Following the recent title change, a new report has revealed a championship match that is possibly not on the WWE SummerSlam card.

At WWE Clash At The Castle, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre defeated Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill as well as Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

Since then, Dawn and Fyre have yet to defend the titles on WWE programming. However, Belair & Cargill, Baszler & Stark and Damage CTRL have all set their sights on the gold.

On the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that there’s said to be a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match planned for a couple of weeks’ time, but not necessarily at SummerSlam. He said:

“That possibly won’t be on the (SummerSlam) card. I heard that might be on the SmackDown the night before.
