A new championship match has now been confirmed for this Sunday’s WWE Clash in Paris premium live event in France.
At WWE Evolution, Stephanie Vaquer won a Battle Royal, with her set to receive a shot at the Women’s World Championship at the Clash In Paris premium live event.
However, with the title now vacant following Naomi’s pregnancy announcement, it was announced on tonight’s WWE Raw show that Stephanie would not be getting her shot at the event, with Adam Pearce set to announce the opponent and date of her title shot on next week’s Raw.
With Stephanie’s Women’s World Championship match off the show, another championship match has instead been added to the show.
On tonight’s Raw, Becky Lynch came to the ring, where she called out WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella during a promo following weeks of back and forth between the two.
The segment ended with Nikki calling Becky a coward for ducking her, which led to Becky accepting a title match against Nikki for the Clash In Paris event this Sunday.
