It was revealed last night at Fastlane that Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor will defend the title he won at Elimination Chamber against the man he beat to capture the title, Bobby Lashley.

Lashley was in action last night, teaming with Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin in a losing effort against The Shield. This will be Lashley’s first chance to re-capture intercontinental Championship that he lost to Balor on 17th of February.
The match will more than likely include run-ins from the aforementioned Corbin and McIntyre, or even Lio Rush who was seemingly missing from last night’s pay-per-view event. Rush was selling an injury after he was bulldozed by Braun Strowman.
With both men’s Road to WrestleMania looking seemingly unclear, perhaps this match will give us more of an indication as to the title’s place at the show of shows.
