Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch’s heated confrontation at last week’s SmackDown show is the story of the weekend, and it was previously reported that Flair was escorted out of the arena by WWE officials, before she headed to Orlando to support Andrade El Idolo in AEW.
PWInsider has provided an update, stating that Flair was not present backstage at the AEW tapings in Orlando, Florida this past week, but she has been present in the past showing her support for Andrade El Idolo, who works for AEW.
The report also notes that those within Charlotte’s circle were privately pushing the idea of Flair trying to get out of her current WWE contract, but realistically know that this is not expected to happen as of right now.
Becky Lynch was not the only WWE star at SmackDown that was angry at Charlotte Flair, as the report notes that Sonya Deville was ‘mad enough to want to fight’ Flair at the show.
