Taking to Twitter, Charlotte wrote:
“Thank you @wwe universe! I may have lost tonight, but I know in my heart the championship is in good hands. 🙏🏻 Proud of you @RheaRipley_WWE ❤️

After the big match at the post-WrestleMania media scrum, Ripley also reflected respect for Flair as well as discussed her personal and professional growth since their last meeting at WrestleMania 36.
Rhea Ripley bested Charlotte Flair for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship however despite the loss, Flair appeared deservedly proud of their shared accomplishment after the match ended.
