Charlotte Flair has reacted to a recent change in WWE creative that has seen a backstage name installed as lead writer.
With reports that Brian ‘Road Dogg’ James had parted ways with WWE, it was revealed that Alexandra Williams would serve as Vice President and lead writer of Raw.
Williams would reveal her new position in a statement shared on social media, with Charlotte Flair sharing her support in a follow up to a post on Twitter.
The new lead writer of Raw would share her promotion on Twitter in a post that reads:
“Officially promoted today! Vice President/Lead Writer of Monday Night RAW! So honored and excited! 😆🎉”
The fourteen-time Women’s World Champion would respond to the statement with an emoji-themed reply, tweeting:

WWE is currently on the Road to WrestleMania 42, with this year’s Premium Live Event taking place on April 18 & 19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
With a loss in the women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying Triple Threat match on February 20, Flair is currently not set to compete at the upcoming two-night WWE PLE.
