Charlotte Flair has been spotted training with a fellow injured WWE star ahead of a potential return to the ring.
It has now been a year since we last saw Charlotte Flair compete inside a WWE ring, with the 14-time world champion suffering a serious knee injury during a SmackDown match with Asuka last December.
After undergoing surgery in January, Flair has kept fans updated on her road to recovery, posting training videos to social media throughout 2024.
With anticipation ramping up towards a potential return, Flair has posted a new image from a visit to Flatbacks – the Florida based wrestling school owned by NXT star Shawn Spears and Tyler Breeze.
In the photo (see below), Flair can be seen sporting a knee brace on her left leg alongside Spears, Breeze, TNA Wrestling’s Lei Ying Lee (fka Xia Li) and absent WWE star Kiana James among others.
Flair wrote alongside the picture:

Kiana James hasn’t been seen on WWE TV since June, only competing in two matches on Monday Night Raw following he move from NXT in the 2024 WWE Draft.
It was reported back in September that James had suffered a leg injury and was set for a six month injury layoff, however, there have been no new updates since then.
As for Flair, WWE have reportedly big WrestleMania 41 plans for The Queen when she makes her return to TV – follow this link here for more details.
We will provide further updates on the returns of Charlotte Flair and Kiana James as they become available.
