
WWE has taken to Twitter to post an awesome throwback version of the SmackDown intro set to ‘Rise Up’ by Drowning Pool.
Rise Up was the theme used for SmackDown from 2006-2008. It’s interesting that the retro SmackDown logo being used to promote the show is from several years before that.
It’s believed we won’t be seeing the big fist on the stage tonight – Fightful Select reported that it wasn’t there at noon and would take a while to set up, so it probably would have been done by that point.
We’ll have live coverage here at WrestleTalk.com for the show later tonight which features Cesaro vs Seth Rollins in a WrestleMania rematch.
