Chelsea Green Reacts To Matt Cardona WWE In-Ring Return

SmackDown star Chelsea Green has reacted to her husband Matt Cardona making his WWE in-ring return on Tuesday’s edition of NXT.

Matt Cardona was in action on the October 14 NXT episode, facing Josh Briggs in singles action.

This was the former “Zack Ryder”‘s first WWE match since losing to Bobby Lashley on the March 9, 2020 Raw episode, ahead of his release that April.

Chelsea Green has shared several tweets about Cardona’s return, first reposting Shawn Michaels, who tweeted that Matt Cardona is back in action inside a WWE ring, ahead of the show.

The former Women’s US Champion also reacted to Cardona hitting Briggs with the Unprettier, Green’s signature move.

Matt Cardona ultimately came up short, with Josh Briggs scoring the victory.

Chelsea Green currently wrestles on SmackDown, with her most recent match seeing her and Alba Fyre lose to NXT’s Sol Ruca & Zaria.
