Chris Jericho has named his favorite feuds across his multi-decade career, choosing an AEW storyline as one of his top picks
During a recent appearance on Radio X, Jericho was asked to name his favorite feuds of his career.
Listing two WWE rivalries, and his program with MJF in AEW among them, saying:
“Oh my gosh, I mean, it’s been 35 years, man, so there’s a lot of them.
“If you’re going WWE, the Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho feud from 2008 is one of the all-time great feuds for sure. I think Jericho vs Kevin Owens from 2016 was a great one.
“I think Jericho vs MJF from 2020 was a great one. The ones that are my favorite are the long builds that take six, seven, eight months. In order to go that long, it has to be something special, something magical.
“Those ones always stand out for me off the top of my head, because we had some time invested into it, and they did go the better part of a year.
“Actually, the MJF storyline was literally 366 days from beginning to end. That’s when you know when you have something good.”

Chris Jericho has been absent from in-ring action since April of last year, losing the ROH World Championship to Bandido in a title vs. mask match at AEW Dynasty.
While previous reports indicated that Jericho’s contract was set to expire on December 31, 2025, Jericho remains on the AEW roster page, despite the likes of Powerhouse Hobbs more recently being removed following recent departures.
While Jericho may not have yet made that WWE return, his band has been on tour in the United Kingdom, with those dates set to run through to February 21 and a further tour announced for the USA in May.
