Former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho has pitched a huge match for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 16 in January 2022.
In recent weeks, the American and worldwide audience have seen a lot more of Minoru Suzuki thanks to him working with AEW and other US-based promotions.
Suzuki has done battle with the likes of Jon Moxley, Joey Janela, Bryan Danielson, Daniel Garcia and more, but one more man who wants a piece of him is Chris Jericho.
Jericho and Suzuki have never had a match, and when a fan suggested it on Twitter, it was clear that Jericho is a fan of the idea.
Not only would it be two legends doing battle, but there’s also the side story of the two singalong entrances with Kaze Ni Nare for Suzuki and Judas for Jericho.
Me too. Let’s do it! @njpw1972 https://t.co/r8VxN0sYFS
