Jon Moxley made headlines last weekend when he made a shock appearance at All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing show.
Seven days removed from the event, and Moxley is still anyone in the wrestling world can talk about, especially after making some shocking revelations about his time with WWE whilst speaking to Chris Jericho on the Talk Is Jericho podcast.
Moxley revealed that Vince McMahon’s creative process is killing the company, and the man formerly known as Dean Ambrose gave some much-needed advice to his formerly employers when saying “the creative process sucks. Change it.”
It was reported following the interview that many current stars in WWE felt the same way, with one anonymous performer currently signed to the promotion having the following to say to the ever-reliable WrestleVotes on the validity of Moxley’s claims:
“It’s all true, it’s a mess. And it’s not changing anytime soon. Vince is Vince”.
For what it’s worth: I’ve talked to several people connected to WWE regarding the Moxley / Jericho podcast. They all agree w/ Mox. He’s not saying anything others aren’t thinking. One quote I got was “It’s all true, it’s a mess. And it’s not changing anytime soon. Vince is Vince”

Chris Jericho has echoed this and interestingly revealed in a later interview with ESPN that some stars currently still signed to WWE have reached out to him and requested the opportunity to do their own Moxley-style interview on his podcast when their current deals with Vince McMahon’s promotion expire.
This should come as no surprise as it has also been reported that many WWE stars, some of which would shock you, are unhappy with their position within the company and have considered other options.
