Chris Jericho Seemingly Confirms New AEW Signing

All Elite Wrestling has been signing a ton of talent lately. With lots of talent currently in need of work, a number of new faces have shown up on Dynamite. Now, Chris Jericho seems to have confirmed one of them has been signed.

On the most recent episode of Talk is Jericho, Chris Jericho had Thunder Rosa on as a guest. During her introduction, he revealed her Dynamite debut match against Serena Deeb got Deeb signed. Here is the quote:

“I got NWA Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa, she had a hell of a debut on Dynamite last week and a great match against Serena Deeb, got Serena Deeb signed, I believe…”

Fans would likely best remember Deeb as a member of CM Punk’s Straightedge Society back in 2010. After her WWE release in 2010, Deeb continued to work on the independent scene before returning to WWE in a backstage role. She also competed in the first Mae Young Classic where she was eliminated in the second round.

Now, she will likely play a key role in helping to develop the AEW Women’s division. We will have to wait and see to know for sure.
