Christian Cage Files For New Trademark

According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), Christian Cage has filed to trademark his ring name.

On June 27, Christian Cage (real name William Jason Reso) filed to trademark his in-ring name, “CHRISTIAN CAGE”. According to the USPTO, this trademark will allow Cage to use the name for select items of merchandise.

The following description accompanied the filing:

Mark For: CHRISTIAN CAGE™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Shoes; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.

Cage had previously filed to trademark the name in 2005, covering categories including action skill games, arcade games and board games. As per the USPTO, this filing was ultimately abandoned.

The former WWE star competed in the AEW Double or Nothing Casino Battle Royale. Cage last wrestled on the June 11 episode of Dynamite, against Angelico.

It has recently been reported that former TNT Champion Darby Allin is set to feature in Jackass 4. Allin will be part of the cast for what is being advertised as the final Jackass film.
