Sometimes fans get very passionate about certain topics. One such topic this year was putting Christian in the WWE Hall of Fame. Considering his history of stellar work in WWE, it is not a crazy thing to ask for.
Now, he has talked about how he feels about the Hall of Fame discussion. He was asked about the topic in a recent interview with Post Wrestling, here is the full quote:
“It’s not something that I think about on a daily basis. Obviously, like you said, if I had a dime for every time somebody came up to me and said I should be in the Hall Of Fame it would be great.
But yeah, I don’t think about it. It is what it is and I feel like the things that I’ve done, I’m content with what I’ve accomplished and it’s like, everybody gets offended and I appreciate — I really do appreciate the people who wanna see me in there but it’s not like this is gonna be the last year, or next year’s gonna be the last year or the year after that is gonna be the last year. So honestly I don’t think about it at all. It doesn’t bother me. But I do appreciate the people who wanna see me in there.”
While it is important to many people, it is important to remember that the only qualification you need to be in the WWE Hall of Fame is to be on Vince McMahon’s brain that day. As long as Christian does not cross WWE in the near future, it is safe to say he will end up in the Hall of Fame.
