NJPW has announced that AEW Head of Talent Relations Christopher Daniels will return to NJPW during next month’s STRONG tapings.
During Monday’s (November 15) taping, it was revealed that the former AEW Tag Team Champion will be in action when NJPW visits Vermont Hollywood on December 9.
NJPW shared the announcement on Twitter:

Former NEVER Openweight Champion Jay White is pleased to see Daniels back in NJPW, retweeting the post with the caption:
“Splendid.”
Daniels is a former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion, winning the title in 2004 alongside ‘The American Dragon’ Bryan Danielson. His last match for the company took place at Fighting Spirit Unleashed 2018, teaming with Frankie Kazarian to do battle with Chase Owens and Hangman Page.
During the recent NJPW STRONG tapings, former NXT North American Champion JONAH (Bronson Reed) made his in-ring debut for the brand. JONAH made a surprise appearance at Battle in the Valley last week, laying out Juice Robinson.
