The next challenger for the All Mighty Bobby Lashley’s United States Championship was determined on tonight’s WWE Raw show.
To open the show, AJ Styles defeated Mustafa Ali and The Miz with an insane Styles Clash to earn a spot in the match later in the show. In the second three-way, Ciampa defeated Dolph Ziggler and Chad Gable to earn the number one contender’s match with Styles.
Ciampa then went on to win that match thanks to interference from The Miz, earning him a title shot against Lashley on next week’s Raw in Cleveland.
Ciampa getting a title shot in Cleveland? How odd. If only he had a friend who was from Cleveland. Oh wait, he does!
