There is a clarification to a previously reported change in status for one previously departed WWE star, Santana Garrett.
While Triple H has proven to be open to bringing back in talent that was released under the previous regime, a clarification has emerged on the role for one such star.
Fightful Select with the clarification to the report noting that Santana Garrett was guest coaching at the WWE Performance Center.
Garrett recently posted a snap of herself noting that the pic wasn’t a throwback, she was actually back at the performance center with the hashtag #coach.
After making a name for herself wrestling IMPACT and STARDOM, Garrett signed with WWE in 2019, following brief appearances in the 2017 Mae Young Classic.
During her time with the company, Garrett wrestled on NXT, Raw, Main Event, and in the 2021 Royal Rumble match before her release that June.
Garrett has wrestled for AEW following her WWE departure, most recently losing to Jade Cargill on the November 12, 2021 edition of Rampage.
