A class action lawsuit has been filed against All Elite Wrestling (AEW) for allegedly violating the Americans With Disabilities Act.
The plaintiff is claiming that AEW’s website shopaew.com is not accessible to visually-impaired people.
A similar lawsuit was filed against WWE and wweshop.com back in 2020, but was resolved shortly after.

I want to amplify this vital context as website accessibility lawsuits have been a known “hustle” for lack of a better term for years…. This plaintiff has filed more than 50 lawsuits since February, being represented by a firm who has filed more than 1,500 similar claims. https://t.co/7QjLRdwrm3
