CM Punk & Drew McIntyre Major WWE Plans Revealed

CM Punk & Drew McIntyre Major WWE Plans Revealed WWE

The feud between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk is set to continue into the fall of 2024 with a main event match on the cards for October.

With McIntyre being victorious over Punk at SummerSlam, last night’s WWE Raw saw McIntyre continue to taunt Punk.

With the August 5 episode of WWE Raw seeing Punk say that the fans wanted to see him fighting, he would call out McIntyre only to be met by Seth Rollins.

The whole segment, including the attack by Bronson Reed on Rollins, can be seen below this news story.

While we may have seen Punk running after McIntyre following a verbal assault that featured mentions of the ‘stupid looking dog Larry and (Punk’s) lovely wife, AJ”, we now have details of when they could be clashing again.

According to WRKD Wrestling, Punk vs McIntyre is ‘currently planed as a main event’ of WWE Bad Blood.

WWE Bad Blood is making a return to the PLE calendar after an absence of twenty years on October 5, 2024.

Not only will Punk vs McIntyre be ‘a main event’ for the upcoming PLE but WRKD Wrestling also revealed that the match will be a Hell in a Cell Match.

The last Hell in a Cell match to take place on WWE TV came at WrestleMania 39 in April 2023, as Edge defeated ‘The Demon’ Finn Balor.
