CM Punk has taken to social media to share a heartfelt message of thanks to John Cena along with Cody Rhodes, posting a picture of all three men wearing championship gold.
With John Cena winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio on WWE Raw in Boston, he, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes collectively hold the company’s biggest prizes at the same time.
Capturing the moment of he, Rhodes and Cena all holding gold one last time before Cena’s impending retirement from WWE next month, Punk shared a heartfelt “thank you” to WWE’s “Greatest of all Time”.
Taking to Instagram, Punk wrote:
Thank you for the stories, the memories, the lessons.
Thank you for the competition. The rivalries, and the teamwork alike. Side by side. The view changes.
Thank you for the house.
