CM Punk Removed From Upcoming AEW: Fight Forever Video Game? AEW/THQ Nordic

After a new sneak peek at the new AEW video game AEW: Fight Forever was released online, fans immediately noticed one major change.

Has CM Punk been removed from the upcoming AEW video game?

With the trailer featuring speaking roles for Jon Moxley, Hangman Adam Page, Chris Jericho and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. touting the gameplay, their in game likenesses are featured.

While other characters are shown throughout the game play footage that could have depicted CM Punk, he was notably absent from any entrance footage.

While previous images for the game feature CM Punk in the center of the proposed cover art, it appears that has changed as well.

Instead featuring front and center of the graphic displayed at the end of the teaser trailer, Kenny Omega.

For his part, CM Punk broke his silence on the drama surrounding him albeit in a jovial manner.

Kenny Omega, in addition to Nick and Matt Jackson are set to challenge for their vacated Trios Championships at AEW’s pay-per-view, AEW Full Gear tomorrow November 19, 2022.
