CM Punk Says AEW Shouldn’t Sign More Talent

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is promising a major wrestling star is going to debut at Revolution on Sunday night, and fans have automatically started assuming that this means CM Punk has signed with the promotion.

Taking to Twitter during a Q&A with fans, the former WWE Champion has stated that he has not signed with AEW, although wrestlers denying that they have signed or are going to return doesn’t really carry much weight anymore, does it?

However, when asked about which wrestlers AEW should make an effort to sign, CM Punk noted that the promotion should “focus on who they have” at the moment instead of dipping into the market to pick up new talent:

I think they should focus on who they have.

While it may not be CM Punk, it has been speculated that another former World Champion who is surprisingly not under contract with WWE right now could be debuting for AEW this weekend. You can read more about that by clicking here.

The major new signing won’t be the only debutant for AEW at Revolution on Sunday night, as the sixth person in the ‘Face of the Revolution’ ladder match will be another new signing to the promotion.
