Amongst the notable events expected tonight at NJPW’s Battle in the Valley, one unexpected sighting: CM Punk.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp Tweeting about the sighting:

“CM Punk is at tonight’s NJPW Battle in the Valley. We’re told that about a month ago he inquired about taking in the show.”

CM Punk has already been spotted in the crowd to take in the big show set to host a variety of exciting matches.

Battle in the Valley is set to feature a big card (via WrestlingInc.)
