WWE star CM Punk continues to tease a future reunion with Paul Heyman, this time via social media.
While CM Punk may have joined Roman Reigns’ Bloodline team at WWE Survivor Series WarGames, the participation came with a condition.
Revealed in the buildup, Paul Heyman promised Punk a future favor to repay him for having competed in the WarGames match alongside Reigns.
Set to the Creedence Clearwater Revival classic, Bad Moon Rising, Punk fuelled speculation via a new Instagram story of himself in gorilla position ahead of his match on the Raw on Netflix debut.
With Heyman seen smiling behind him, Punk is posed almost as if he is in a prayerful moment ahead of the bout.
Elsewhere, behind the scenes footage from the WWE Raw on Netflix debut has been released which also features a hug between CM Punk and Paul Heyman.
CM Punk would go on to compete against Seth Rollins on the WWE Raw on Netflix debut, picking up a big win over Rollins.
Paul Heyman for his part continues to appear alongside Roman Reigns, accompanying Reigns to ringside for his Tribal Combat match against Solo Sikoa on the WWE on Netflix premiere.
Reigns would go on to win the match and reclaim his ceremonial ula fala before being congratulated by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
