CM Punk Addresses WWE Stars Losing Championship WWE

CM Punk has addressed a WWE championship changing hands on the November 11 edition of Raw, sending a message to the former champions.

On a show that saw John Cena become WWE Intercontinental Champion for the first time in his career, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss were also in action.

The pair didn’t leave the show as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, with the Kairi Sane & Asuka of the Kabuki Warriors winning the gold.

With their 100-day title reign at an end, CM Punk has thanked Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss following their loss on WWE Raw via his Instagram Story, writing:

“🏒 stick taps for this title reign 🏒

“And huge thank you to you both for a fun run!”

For the non-hockey enthusiasts reading, stick taps are a way to show support for another player.

The victory for the Kabuki Warriors came with interference from Nia Jax and Lash Legend, and a post-match set-up for the women’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series later this month.

That match will see The Kabuki Warriors team up with Jax, Legend and an as-yet-unnamed star against Bliss, Flair, Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY and TBA name.

Last night’s WWE Raw also saw CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso united as they were confirmed for a WarGames match against The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed) with Logan Paul, with two stars yet to be named for both teams

Both WarGames matches take place at this year’s Survivor Series on November 29 in San Diego, California.
