CM Punk Sends Message To ‘Inspirational’ WWE Star

WWE star CM Punk has praised Bayley, shining a spotlight on the Raw star following her busy week.

Bayley has wrestled three times this past week across main roster, NXT and PLE events, competing on Raw, NXT, and in the headline match of NXT Vengeance Day.

CM Punk has taken to his Instagram story to bring attention to this fact, calling Bayley his hero for being in love with the grind.

Punk wrote:

“I want to spotlight this lady today.

“Tore it up Monday on Raw in Nashville, flew to Orlando and crushed it Tuesday on NXT.

“Is in the NBA celebrity all star game Friday, then flies all the way across the country to DC and will main event tonight’s NXT (Vengeance Day) show.

“Inspirational. Fueled by coffee. In love with the grind. I see you Bayley, Role model. My hero.”

Bayley first wrestled on the February 10 Raw episode, defeating Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria to qualify for the upcoming Elimination Chamber match.

She then stepped into the ring on Tuesday’s NXT, losing to Cora Jade following a distraction from Roxanne Perez.

Bayley headlined Saturday’s Vengeance Day PLE, facing Jade, Perez and champion Giulia in a bout for the NXT Women’s Championship.
