Cody And Brandi Rhodes Announce They Are Expecting

Tonight on AEW: Dynamite, AEW ran a little commercial that started off like so many Christmas commercials. Cody and Brandi were decorating a tree and then got a package delivered to the door.

The happy couple opened the package and revealed they were expecting a baby soon. The announcement didn’t include the actual due date, but based on how biology works, it would seem the baby would be due sometime in 2021.

In the video package, Cody and Brandi had a handkerchief on their dog Pharoah that said baby security in training. Cody’s match was up next and Justin Roberts changed up the way he announces Cody.

Instead of the grandson of a plumber, Cody was announced as the soon to be father. Cody was visibly emotional in the ring. He and Brandi shared a moment in the ring.

We here at WrestleTalk would like to congratulate Cody and Brandi on the exciting news. This is the second announcement of an AEW wrestler becoming a father in the near future after Jon Moxley announced he and Renee Young were pregnant several weeks ago.
