With WWE Money In The Bank set to take place in London at the end of the month, many of WWE’s top stars are set to feature on the show.
One name that is currently without a role on the show is the American Nightmare himself, Cody Rhodes, who many saw as a potential favourite to win the Money In The Bank briefcase.
With five of the six spots in the match filled, and the final spot set to be filled by the winner of Damian Priest vs Matt Riddle on tonight’s episode of Raw, it seems as though Cody won’t be in the match.
However, in an update from WRKD Wrestling, Cody will be a part of the Money In The Bank show, with his opponent set to be set up on tonight’s Raw show.
On last week’s show, Rhodes was slapped by Dominik Mysterio during his appearance on Miz TV, so Dominik being Cody’s opponent at Money In The Bank would make the most sense.
WRKD also noted that Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship challenger for the show will be set up on tonight’s episode of Raw.
Cody is slated to face off against The Miz on tonight’s show.
Notes ahead of #WWERaw:

– Priest hopes to enter MITB
– Gable + McDonagh each get spotlight
– Rollins MITB path is clear, someone he’s faced for a title in the past, before making a stop at NXT tomorrow pic.twitter.com/2u4IgNL49E— WRKD Wrestling (@WRKDWrestling) June 12, 2023
