Cody Rhodes’ opponent for WWE Money in the Bank 2023 was confirmed on tonight’s WWE Raw (June 12) and who it is may surprise you!

To kick off tonight’s WWE Raw, a big unveiling for Rhea Ripley although she was shortly thereafter interrupted by Cody Rhodes.

After showing a video package of their tiff from the previous week’s Monday Night Raw, Cody came face to face with Dominik Mysterio and of course, Mami, Rhea Ripley.

By the end of their back and forth, not only had Cody challenged Dominik for a match at the upcoming Money in the Bank premium live event in London, England, the challenge had been accepted.

However interestingly, not accepted by Dom himself, rather Rhea accepted on behalf of Dominik before Cody then faced off against The Miz.

The Miz had snuck up behind Cody to wage a pre-match attack against Rhodes as their match kicked off after the first commercial break.

In the end, Cody Rhodes emerged victorious as he heads closer to London for WWE’s next premium live event, Money in the Bank.
