Cody Rhodes has commented on a video of a young fan jumping the barricade to get a photo with him after WWE SmackDown.
The former AEW stayed behind to take photos with fans following Friday’s dark main event. While speaking with somebody at ringside, Rhodes was surprised by a young fan who joined him at ringside.
Rhodes seemed visibly surprised, before taking a photo, and sending the kid back to his family with security.
A video of the encounter has been doing the rounds on social media. Admitting that the encounter popped him, Rhodes tweeted:
This popped me. He ended up getting the pic ? ?
Good kiddo
Rhodes will face Seth Rollins in a WrestleMania 38 rematch during Sunday’s WrestleMania Backlash Premium Live Event.
