Cody Rhodes Recalls Losing His Parking Spot Working For TNA

All Elite Wrestling and Impact are now working together as Kenny Omega and Don Callis go from show to show. This has caused some reflecting for some, including AEW’s Cody Rhodes.

Replying to a tweet earlier today about how 2016 was a wild time for Impact, Rhodes said he was only there as a favour to Josh Matthews and he lost his parking spot. Not the best time it seems.

“I was genuinely there 2 days as a favor to Josh M and to help my Wife get started. Nice lil’ experience.

The team Canada guy gave away my parking spot to ADR. I then committed to ROH, Bucks and I did All In…and the rest is history.

My pettiness has led to greatness ha.”

Cody Rhodes made a ton of appearances for a ton of places after quitting WWE in 2016. Sure enough, Impact Wrestling was one of them. He made a small handful of appearances there including at Bound for Glory, but he only wrestled one match for the company. This was a loss to Moose for the Impact Grand Championship in 2017.

As for the parking spot, there have been many members of Team Canada in Impact but this one is like Scott D’Amore who remained with the company as an executive. However, that is merely speculation.
