Cody Rhodes WWE Entrance Change Update For WrestleMania 40

Cody Rhodes WWE Entrance Change Update For WrestleMania 40 WWE

Interesting clarification has emerged on the new version of Cody Rhodes’ Kingdom entrance theme released ahead of WWE WrestleMania 40.

Downstait had teased an announcement for April 5 related to Kingdom for weeks, sharing clips and teasers to hype up an apparent remix.

With the band previously stating “one of these is right” when asked if the April 5 will bring a Kingdom remix or live performance announcement, there has been heavy speculation about Downstait’s reveal, and how it could impact Cody Rhodes’ WrestleMania 40 entrances.

The group has now released a remixed version of Kingdom, featuring AJ Channer of Fire from the Gods.

You can listen to the full remix below.

While there were initially rumors that Cody Rhodes would use this remix as his entrance music, Downstait have now confirmed that Rhodes will NOT be entering to this song at WrestleMania.

When asked if Cody Rhodes will be using this new version for his WrestleMania entrance, Downstait tweeted:

Thank you! Nope, not for WrestleMania.

Cody Rhodes will wrestle in the main event of both nights of WrestleMania 40. At Saturday’s WrestleMania 40 Night One show, Rhodes will team with Seth Rollins to face off against Roman Reigns and The Rock.

Night Two will be headlined by a WWE Undisputed Universal Title match, with Cody Rhodes challenging for Roman Reigns’ gold.

WWE’s plans for the lengths of matches on WrestleMania 40 Night One have been revealed, which you can read more about right here.
