Cody Rhodes Mocks Being Told WWE Fans Would ‘Turn On Him’

Cody Rhodes immediately became one of the most over stars in WWE when he made his return to the company back at WrestleMania 38.

16 months later, and Cody is arguably even more popular now than he was when he first stepped back into a WWE ring.

Despite this, many have been speculating that WWE fans would turn on the American Nightmare, similar to what happened during his time in AEW.

Cody took part in an AMA on the SquaredCircle subreddit today, where he was asked what he would do when the fans turn on him.

He rather sarcastically replied:

“I have been told that by twitter/X it’s going to start any day now…for the past 2 years”

During the AMA, Cody was also asked about whether he would be watching AEW All In at Wembley Stadium this Sunday, and commented on the show’s success.

Cody recently entered a feud with the Judgment Day on Raw, with the group leaving him laying on last week’s show.
