Future Cody Rhodes WWE Feud Revealed?

SmackDown star Karrion Kross has teased a WWE feud with Cody Rhodes, ahead of the former AEW EVP’s return.

Kross and Rhodes have yet to cross paths in WWE. Rhodes was still with AEW during Kross’ previous run with the company, ahead of Kross’ release in November 2021.

Cody Rhodes made his WWE return in April, but has been out of action since June, after suffering a torn pectoral muscle.

Kross and Scarlett returned to the company in August, and were one of the first acts brought back following Triple H taking over creative.

The former NXT Champion has now teased that he will go after Rhodes once the star returns from injury.

In a video on WWE’s Arabic Instagram account, several stars played a game of thumbs up, thumbs down, where they shared their opinions on some notable WWE names.

When discussing Cody Rhodes, both Kross and Scarlett showed their ‘thumbs down’ signs and Kross told fans:

‘Hmmm… You’ll see eventually.’

Rhodes last wrestled at the June 5 Hell in a Cell premium live event, defeating Seth Rollins in the main event of the show, working through his injury.
