Cody To Unveil Finished TNT Championship Tonight

The TNT Championship got a ton of criticism when it was revealed at Double or Nothing. It was a very simplistic design with its red strap and silver plating. However, we were told this was not the finished design when Cody won it by defeating Lance Archer.

Now, we will be seeing the completed design. It is still unclear how different the belt will look but we know the design will be unveiled on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite. This was revealed during Cody’s interview with Tony Schiavone.

This has been known for a little while but now Cody has expanded on it. During the interview, he said that it will be difficult to wrest the current belt from him as he has grown attached to it but he is still looking forward to introducing the finished belt.

Scorpio Sky of SCU will be Cody’s next challenger for the TNT Championship. Sky has had some momentum after a recent promo cut on AEW Dark and now he looks to take things to the next level by taking the title away from Cody tonight on Dynamite.
