Everything ‘The Man’ does nowadays is newsworthy. Although she has had a week off from TV, we follow her every move, and especially her next-level Twitter game.
Recently, the SmackDown Women’s Champion had a run-in on everyone’s favourite social media platform with fellow Irish icon, UFC star Conor McGregor.

It all started with an editorial by Brian Mazique where he compared the Irish athletes, stating that Lynch has channelled her ‘inner Conor’ to give herself an edge and help attain her current status. (Status = pretty much untouchable).
Obviously, ‘The Man’ had to set the record straight, reminding us that she did not need anyone’s help to reach the top of the heap.
Conor McGregor himself interjected and his response turned more than a few heads when he offered Lynch backup if she ever needed it.
Lynch then further teased a union between the two stars when she replied with the location and time frame of WrestleMania 35.

Inevitably, fan theories are already pouring in.
Could the two team up in a mixed tag at the annual supershow? Will ‘The Notorious One’ to be in Lynch’s corner at WrestleMania next year for her rumoured match against Ronda Rousey? WWE have certainly not hidden their interest in working with Conor but pulling a deal off could be difficult due to his UFC commitments.
Or maybe Becky will just snap Conor’s arm as she threatened . . .
