WWE’s will-they-won’t-they Saudi Arabia drama continues today with the news that the on-sale date for Crown Jewel tickets has been delayed.
The tickets were supposed to go on release yesterday (Friday) for the November 2 event, exactly two weeks prior to the date of controversial show.
Now WWE’s website is listing the on-sale date as the day of the show itself!
WWE might be expected a sell out for the event but to do it in a single day would be something!
What do they think this is, All In?
No reason has yet been given for the delayed tickets. Some have linked it to the official confirmation from the Saudi’s that journalist Jamal Khashoggi died inside the consulate in Turkey after previously denying it, but there is no evidence to support that at this time.
As it stands, Crown Jewel is scheduled to go ahead as planned. There is no plan to cancel unless Donald Trump tells Vince McMahon directly to pull the plug, which will not happen.
