Cruiserweight Title Semi-Finals Confirmed

The first semi-final of the Cruiserweight Title tournament was set last night on 205 Live after the first two quarter final matches.

Cedric Alexander defeated TJP in a superb match to book his place in the next round, and Roderick Strong – playing a heel – defeated Kalisto to secure his spot in the last four.

Both results were as predicted, and mean Alexander and Strong will now meet in the semi-finals, with one of them going onto WrestleMania to meet Buddy Murphy, Mustafa Ali, Drew Gulak or Mark Andrews in the final for the vacant title.
