WWE Star Calls For Match With Breezango After Fandango NXT Return

WWE Star Calls For Match With Breezango After Fandango NXT Return WWE

A WWE star has teased a match with Breezango after Fandango’s return on NXT last night (February 4).

On the February 4 edition of WWE NXT, Heritage Cup Champion Lexis King was interrupted by a returning Fandango, aka TNA Wrestling’s JDC.

While he was representing TNA and The System faction, JDC made his entrance on NXT to his old Fandango entrance music to the delight of the crowd inside the WWE Performance Center.

Although JDC’s return to WWE was to set up a match with King for the Heritage Cup, his return did lead to a interesting post from former Breezango tag team partner Tyler Breeze, who took to Twitter to share a picture of the duo from their reign as NXT Tag Team Champions in 2020.

While this will have raised fans’ hopes for a reunion of Breezango, it seems one notable WWE NXT star shares that same wish.

In response to Breeze’s post, WWE NXT Tag Team Champion Nathan Frazer called for a match between himself and Axiom against Breezango.

Frazer wrote:

Fraxiom vs. Breezango when?

Breezango last competed as a pair in WWE back on the June 15, 2021 edition of NXT, with both stars being released from their contracts just 10 days later.

While it’s been nearly four years since their last WWE outing, Breezango have competed on the independent scene several times in recent years, most recently in September 2024 according to Cagematch.net.
