The current NWA Women’s Champion, Thunder Rosa appeared with the Title on AEW: Dynamite. She’s been making a lot of Twitter posts in response to Cody’s and AEW’s Tweets of late.
There has been some speculation that she might appear for the brand. However, I doubt anyone expected her to appear in quite a dramatic way.
Not only did she appear with the title via a video segment, she challenged the current AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida to a match at All Out. At the writing of this article, Shida had not accepted and the match was not official.
You asked for it.
You got it.

Thunder Rosa promises to raise the bar of the women’s division in AEW. She talks about how she’s here to win the title, but in the process will add a level of quality to the division they haven’t seen before.
She’s been working for the NWA, but the NWA is on hiatus during the lockdown. Their superstars have been allowed to work other places if they can. Could this open the door for more collaboration between The NWA and AEW?
