In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer is speculating that Toni Storm may be headed to NXT. Toni Storm lost the NXT UK Women’s Title to Kay Lee Ray. While many were upset at the loss, Meltzer feels the loss is “significant.” Why?
A match that can be watched in 20 years time and it will still hold up. Competive, emotional , Proffesional competitors, competing at their best. https://t.co/JU54ml2HTc

Not only did Storm lose the championship, but she did not wrestle the next night at the television tapings. Is this a signal that she is moving on? And where would she be headed?
Meltzer goes on to speculate she would be a better fit on the NXT roster than the main roster. Well, at least at this point in time. However, he does feel she would be a big time star wherever she goes. Due to her athleticism and in-ring ability, she would be a more natural fit to wrestle with the likes of Shayna Baszler, Candice Larae, Io Sharai, and Bianca Belair. Throw in the fact the main roster is totally focused on the Four Horsewomen at the moment and we’ve already seen one import in Rhea Ripley, the conditions are certainly brewing for a Storm to come to NXT.
