The current planned main event for tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, the first show back with fans, has been revealed.
As per WrestleVotes, the four-way match with Kevin Owens, Big E, Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins is the current main event as of 6pm ET (two hours before the show starts).
Those four men are the SmackDown representatives in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match this Sunday, so it’s evidently a way to build up to the pay-per-view.
However, it could be considered surprising given there’s also Roman Reigns & the Usos vs Edge & the Mysterios in a six-man tag match happening on tonight’s show.
Roman Reigns makes a point of always being first or last on the card, so if that four-way is the main event, it seems like the six-man tag will be the opener.
Also announced for tonight is a SmackDown Women’s Championship match with Bianca Belair defending against Carmella.
Keep in mind that with two hours left to go, the order can change, but the four-way is scheduled in as the main event as of this writing.
WrestleTalk.com will provide live coverage of the show tonight – it’s expected that there’ll be a number of surprises so stay tuned.
