WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley has indicated that a return to the ring is now possible.
D-Von confirmed that he had finished up with WWE on January 19, following his run as a producer for the NXT brand.
During a virtual signing with Signed by Superstars, the wrestling veteran indicated that he’s considering a return to the ring.
Discussing his recovery from the surgery he underwent in February 2022, D-Von said:
“Do I have one more match in me? Possibly. I do have to get cleared by the doctor first… Because remember, I had back surgery on February 15th.
“I had three discs removed and put into bolts and screws so I’m definitely dealing with that right now.
“I feel great, I’m back in the gym, I’m doing what I gotta do and I just gotta be able to move around the way I used to in order for me to get back in the ring again.”
The Hall of Famer last wrestled in 2016 for the HOG independent promotion. He previously noted that after his 2022 surgery, he was told he couldn’t wrestle anymore.
D-Von recently opened up about his WWE role, which you can read about right here.
