Dakota Kai was released by WWE on April 29, and now that her 30-day non-compete clause has expired, it looks like she’s preparing for the next chapter of her career.
Kai became a free agent on Tuesday (May 31), along with nine other WWE stars that were released on April 29, and she has now revealed a new look and name which she will be using from now on.
Judging by the below images posted to her Twitter, she will now be called either King Kota, or Kota or King, Kota. Her username is now ImKingKota, so let’s go with King Kota for now.

Now her non-compete clause is up, she’s free to wrestle wherever she likes, and let’s face it, she’s more than talented enough to wrestle wherever she likes, so let’s all get excited for what’s next for King Kota.
Also, she has cool hair.
