UFC/WWE
Following Endeavor’s merger of the two companies, UFC President Dana White has addressed the UFC and WWE’s working relationship.
In September 2023, Endeavor officially merged WWE and UFC as one sports and entertainment company, TKO Group Holdings. The two groups have had synergies with running the same town during select weekends and having various WWE stars appearing on UFC broadcasts and vice versa.
Speaking at the UFC 302 press conference, UFC President Dana White was asked about working with WWE after the TKO merger. He answered:
“It’s very separate. I haven’t worked with them at all. I do what I do and they do what they do.”
“They’re using some of the people from my team to help them in different areas business wise.”
“As far as putting on live events, WWE is very good at what they do and we’re very good at what we do. That’s about as far as it goes with me,”
WWE will be holding their NXT Battleground premium live event at the UFC Apex on Sunday, June 9. For the full lineup for the show, click here.
