The man at the center of one of the funniest WWE storylines in recent years might be making his return.
Dr. Shelby is known for coaching Daniel Bryan and Kane to resolve their anger management issues during their run as Team Hell No in 2012 and 2013.
Now after Raw General Manager Kurt Angle informed Bayley and Sasha Banks they were being sent to counseling after their on-off friendship appeared to dissolve for good on last night’s episode, Dr. Shelby has once again reared his head.
The good doctor put out a tweet offering WWE his services.

Dr. Shelby’s twitter account has been fairly inactive in recent years but this was his second WWE-related tweet in as many months, leading many fans to speculate on social media that his comeback is imminent.
Last month he offered some friendly advice to his former client D-Bry.

Dr. Shelby is a character played by actor Michael Aspinwall, who runs the Twitter account.
Aspinwall has also recently uploaded videos with self-help suggestions for Bryan following his WWE comeback.
The kindly therapist’s vignettes with Bryan and Kane in 2012 were classics, particularly their parody of the famous orgasm scene in When Harry Met Sally and their in-ring graduation ceremony which led to them hugging it out.
Oh and then there was Kane’s confession at anger management class. Almost forgot about that one…
