AEW star Darby Allin has addressed the possibility of him climbing Mount Everest again, following him making it to the summit last year.
On May 18, 2025, Darby Allin and his group officially reached the top of Mount Everest, after spending weeks climbing the mountain.
Speaking with TMZ’s Inside The Ring, Allin stated that he would “absolutely” do it again, noting that seeing others prepare to climb the 29,031ft mountain is making him miss the experience.
When asked if he’d consider climbing the mountain again, Allin said:
“Yeah, absolutely. You can only climb it two months out of the year essentially. That season is coming up right now in April, so everybody is going to go climb Mount Everest right now.
“I’m looking at the videos and I miss it so much. Everybody’s getting ready to do it, and I’m like ‘Man, I miss it so much.’ Yeah, it was incredible.”

As Darby Allin mentioned, there’s only a small window during the year when people can climb Mount Everest, during spring to avoid monsoon season, the heavy rain and snow that comes in summer, and winter’s high winds.
If Allin does choose to climb Everest again, he would have to wait at least a year, meaning that most of his 2026 would be unaffected before he’d have to train.
Allin didn’t mention any specific plans for another climb, with the star now focusing on making it to the top of the mountain in AEW.
Darby Allin will face Andrade El Idolo at the April 12 Dynasty pay-per-view. If he wins this match, he will earn a future shot at the AEW World Championship.
