Former WWE star Shane Strickland (FKA Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott) made his first appearance since his WWE release last night, when he confronted an AEW star at the DEFY show.
The main event of the show saw Nick Wayne come up short against Christopher Daniels, before Darby Allin came to the ring and offered Wayne an AEW contract.
After Wayne accepted the contract, Strickland came to the ring and confronted Allin and Wayne, teasing a future match between the two.
